REGISTRATION FOR THE 2022 SEASON WILL OPEN JANUARY 3RD, 2022
Each player must register according to the age they will be July 31, 2022.
We will attempt to place everyone (1st come, 1st served).
If placement is not possible, monies will be refunded by mail on or before 05/14/21

Registration Dates
If you are unable to utilize the online tool you can obtain forms and register at the Ashwaubenon Parks and Recreation Office at 900 Anderson Drive after February 5th.
All registrations must be received by March 31,2022. Starting March 1, 2022, a $20 late registration fee will be assessed. Placement will be based upon team and coach availability.

Non-resident fee add $15 per player (non-resident players must attend Ashwaubenon Schools)
Accident insurance is included in the registration fee for every player in the league.
These fees do not include the cost of pictures - pictures are optional.
- Single Player Age 4-9 = $35.00 (Team shirt included)
- Single Player Age 10-18 = $45.00 (Includes shirt and socks)
