Mid March - Draft date for 2012 teams

Mid March - Recruitment for Coaches begins

End of March - Team rosters become available

31 March 2012 - Advanced Coaches Training at Park View Middle School 9:00-12:00pm. Post cards will be mailed to all coaches as a reminder

4 April 2012 - AYS Board Meeting at Ashwaubenon Community Center - 7:00pm

TBD Session #1 Referee Training at the Ashwaubenon Community Room - Parkview (Both dates required)

28 April 2012 - Parent & Coaches Information Meeting at Parkview Middle School 8:30 - 10:00am (approx). This meeting is primarily for ages 5-6, 6-7 and those that are new to soccer. Post cards will be mailed to all parents as a reminder

28 April 2012 - Equipment Pick Up for Coaches 8:30 - 9:30am at Parkview School Lobby

2 May 2012 - AYS Board Meeting at Ashwaubenon Community Center - 7:00pm

5 May 2012- Skills Clinic at Pioneer Field - Start Time is 9:30am for ages 5-9. Note: No Rain Date

TBD Session #2 Referee Training at the Ashwaubenon Community Room - Parkview (Both dates required)

Mid May 2012- First week of Soccer for AYS. Games / Practices for 2012 Soccer season begins this week. Schedules will be provided by the team coach. Schedules will also be available on our web site under the Game Schedules page (Approximately end of April).

June 2012 - No AYS Board Meeting as the Season is in Session

THE WEEK OF 4 July (4th of July Week) - NO SOCCER GAMES ARE SCHEDULED

July 2012 - No AYS Board Meeting as the Season is in Session

23 July 2012 Last Week of soccer for the 2012 Season (pending team schedules)

Parent Information Meeting

A Parent Information Meeting will be held April 28, 8:30am at Parkview Middle School in the gym
for parents of 5-6-7 year-olds and those new to soccer.

At least one parent is required to attend this meeting.

Rosters will be posted at this meeting in the hallway.

Skills Clinic

A Skills Clinic will be held May 5, at Pioneer field - 9:30-11:00am for ages 5-9 and parents. No Rain date is Scheduled

Team and Individual pictures will be taken before the beginning of regular season games.
Payment will be collected the evening that pictures are taken.
The coach for your child’s team will notify you of the date for the pictures.
Pictures are taken at the field that your son or daughter will be playing at.

AYS needs your Help!

In order to have a successful soccer season, we need coaches, referees,
team parents, picnic/picture/promotions help and other positions on our committee.
Parents will be asked to volunteer at the time of registration.
